I recently took my Nissan Rogue to Probilt for a brake job, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. I dropped the car off the night before, and by the next day, they had already completed the work and had me back on the road. The process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. The team was professional and efficient, and it was clear they know what they’re doing. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but Probilt definitely earned mine. My family had just arrived home from a trip and my car started sending warning messages about oil pressure as we were driving home from the airport. We pulled into the Probilt parking lot because it was the closest repair shop and it ended up being the best decision we could have made! They immediately took the car back, helped us unload all our luggage, quickly provided an estimate and had the car ready to go the next day! They were responsive, honest and fast. It was the BEST experience I have ever had with car repairs. The entire team was kind, courteous, honest and so helpful! I highly recommend their services. It is so refreshing to find honest and reasonably priced car repair services.

front desk customer service was very efficient and patient .I talked to a machanic who gave me a great break down of what needs immediate attention. the work was done sufficiently quick. I recommend this shop. I've taken a couple of my cars to them

The Preston Hwy shop is my go-to. These guys work fast, are fair priced, and very personable. Car repairs are expensive, and the mechanic was straight up with me on what is priority and what can wait when I couldn’t afford the original estimate. Stayed in contact with me throughout the repair process. My car had to be towed to their shop over a weekend, and I had it back running perfectly by Thursday. Very thankful, highly recommend!

They were incredible. They explained everything from the time the car was dropped off to when I picked it up and all that occurred. It is nice to have a head to toe outline of what is going on with the vehicle. Pricing was quite reasonable and the father and daughter team are super duper kind.
